One 1x board
Thinner, straighter, and usually a nicer species than construction lumber. Each project names the exact width it needs.

- ¾ in. thick, widths from 3½ to 11¼ in.

- Shelves, kitchen tools, boxes, small furniture
The first one 1x board plans are being built and photographed now.
In the meantime, the 2x4 projects are ready to cut.
